FAQs
Are your lights warrantied?
✅Yes, there is a 5 year warranty. If something happens to the transformer or light fixtures (not bulbs), email us and we'll take care of it. (Rarely breaks)
Does the Wi-Fi transformer work from my phone?
✅Yes it does. Its the only Wi-Fi transformer on the market, and the app is pretty user friendly as well. You can see and adjust for the 3 zone too.
What brand are the lights?
They are Dauer lights.
Dauer has better built light fixtures using a thicker brass and a protective coating.
How long will the lights last?
The fixtures and transformer will last 15+ years. The time will vary depending on if you take care of the lights or not.
How long will the bulbs last?
The light bulbs will typically last 5+ years. After that you can either purchase more through us or we can show you where to get the right bulbs.
What if my lights stop working, what do I do?
If a light is not working, we have a troubleshooting PDF guide we can send. There's also a section in the course for repairs.
